Whom ever thinks that we are just a group of drinkers that have running as an excuse to go to as many happy hours as we can... is right ...BUT if we want to prove this statement wrong we can easily do it... just take a look to the results of last week. every single runner that compete last week finished in the top 10 of their category. ( we should have a happy hour to celebrate this.... what about Briekell key next Thursday in Diego's apartment after a nice 6 miles of easy run in the island? )

Training Programs: Remember those who are running full or half marathon this fall and want to coordinate training programs and long runs with others... So far many people already confirmed running the 13.1 series in fortlauderdale, that could be part of the training for some of us for the marathon, or a goal to make PR in half.
